Cancellation Policy

All "XClusive" Business Wellness: - Package Valid for 1yr (12m- os) from date designated by purchaser at the time of purchase. - May be used: In-Office, Care Facilities, On-Set, News Studio, Production Studio, Company Retreats, Business Events, Rental Property, Hotel, Beach, Cabin, etc. - Service Location is subject to Alafia's Southern California service areas (55mi travel radius from zip code, 91413. Extra fees apply for additional miles.) - Sessions may be booked for 2 hours per day, 365 Days per year. - Session Exceptions: Sessions may be booked for more than 2hrs per day, up to 8hrs, which will deduct total number of days (respective to extra hours booked) from total days remaining in package. [ex. If 8hrs is booked for one day, 3 days (that is, 6hrs [each 2hrs = 1 day]) will be deducted from the 365 day package. If business originally had 300 days left of bookings, 3 days will be subtracted from 300, leaving business with 297 days of qualified bookings. - Includes One Massage Therapist(MT) for each day booked. - Additional MTs may be added to any day of booking for any amount of hours. - Each Additional Massage Therapist will incur a separate +$80/MT/hr for that day, payable to ABR MASSAGE CO™ prior to day of session. - CANCELATION OF "XClusive" PACKAGE: - To cancel, please email Alafia through our contact form. - Package may be canceled up to 30 calendar days after purchase and before 1st use of services. - Package may be resold or transferred to another company by original purchasing company within 30 calendar days of purchase and before 1st use of services. - Package may not be resold nor transferred after 30 calendar days of purchase or after 1st use of services. - ALL CANCELED PACKAGES WILL INCUR A $150 CANCELATION FEE plus ALL APPLICABLE ADMINISTRATION AND TRANSACTION FEES. - CANCELING AND/OR RESCHEDULING SESSIONS: - Each booked session must be canceled up to 48hrs (2 days) before session start time. - Sessions canceled within 48hrs and day of, will incur a $80/hr and $160/hr therapist hold fee respectfully (deductible from overall service package.) - Each session may be rescheduled one time only and must be done 24hrs prior to scheduled session start time. No sessions may be rescheduled same-day. - Any session not rescheduled 24hrs prior to session start will be considered a "same day cancelation" and will incur a $160/hr therapist hold fee.
