"Couples Play Time" aka CPT, is a sexy, fun and sensual approach to couples therapy. But don't get it twisted, all manners of couples benefit from CPT; from partners looking for an interesting, connective date experience, to couples seeking extra guidance in sparking romantic touch, and spouses working through tough times in counseling, and are dedicated to reigniting the passion they once had for each other. Remember when I said, "don't get it twisted?" Well, during your CPT session, you and your significant other are definitely going to explore "getting twisted" in an enticing way that will draw you closer. Here, new experiences are had and the promise that will see you through, is to "Be open to each other, laying down all else." There are levels to building and maintaining a healthy, stimulating and electric relationship, and CPT is here to help you; lay down - the ground work, touch - on happier feelings, and come - to know your partner better than before. CPT is not a substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, or marriage and family talk therapy, so, after scheduling that date(for new lovebirds), getting that babysitter(for stagnant spouses), or meeting with your LMFT(for couples on the brink of separation), follow up with a heart-racing couples-play-time bonding session, and enjoy the newness.
